For a logistics service provider in the Netherlands, Delaere has delivered several lines for packing and discharging LLDPE/LDPE/HDPE.
Following items were part of the Delaere scope of supply:
1 Mobile bigbag/octabin filling line:
- 3 Position mobile bigbag/octabin filling line with pallet dispenser, filling station and take-off position
- Mobile unit on driven wheels
- Pallet dispenser with retractable arm to create set-up space for empty octabins
- Filling station with integrated cover plate for open mouth octabin liners
- Integrated de-dusting plant
1 Full pallet lift line:
- Lift system with infeed and outfeed roller conveyors to lift filled bigbags/octabins from level +1 to ground level and consumables from ground level to level +1
- Electrical full pallet lift with heavy duty engine and counter weight for a capacity of 35 cycles per hour
- Lifting stroke of approx. 7500 mm
1 De-bagging line:
- High capacity de-bagging line to cut and discharge 25 kg FFS bags in a bulk truck
- Capacity of 25 ton per hour
- Gripping and cutting system by means of a robot-arm and custom built robot-hand
- Electrical full pallet lift with heavy duty engine and counter weight
- Pallet stacker
